All fees quoted on this site do not include the filing fees. If your case requires additional fees such as an ad litem fee, publication fee, notice fee, etc. you will be billed additionally for those added fees. Each county requires a different filing fee. You should contact our office to determine what the filing fee is for your specific county. If you are using our services under a payment plan all fees must be paid prior to the filing of your petition with the court. There are no in-person meetings needed for most probate services we offer.
